Adam combines clinical experience as a medical doctor with deep experience in healthcare capital markets and corporate finance. As a former Head of Healthcare Equity Research at ABG Sundal Collier and a CFA charterholder, he brings a rare combination of clinical, scientific and financial expertise to life science transactions. He trained in medicine and pharmacology at Imperial College London and holds an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge.

Jonas brings more than 25 years of experience across life science company building, investing and corporate finance. He co-founded Wilson Therapeutics, which was acquired by Alexion for $855 million, and Purpose Pharma, and is a former Partner at HealthCap. His experience across company building, public markets and board leadership gives him a deep understanding of the strategic and financial decisions that shape life science companies, with a track record across capital raising, IPOs, M&A and strategic partnerships.
Jacob Gunterberg

Jacob brings more than 30 years of experience spanning life science venture capital, investment banking and strategic transactions. He is a co-founder of Purpose Pharma, a former Partner at HealthCap and co-founder of Hjalmarsson & Gunterberg, having previously led Healthcare at Aros Securities. His experience across investing, corporate finance and board-level advisory gives him a broad perspective on life science companies and their strategic and financial decisions, across both public and private markets in Europe and the US.
